I believe whichever model or theory of counselling is used the essential component is rapport and empathy so that you feel truly heard and properly listened to. I think it is essential that I understand things from your point of view. It is not my role to dictate or judge or tell people what they should do. I see my role as empowering you to see your full potential and together workout different strategies for coping.

I am an accredited member of BACP. I work from an integrative model of counselling focusing on Attachment Theory, Person Centred Therapy and Compassionate Mind Therapy.
